This launch-state notice explains the website’s current public-form behaviour. Formal legal wording, retention periods and controller details should be reviewed and approved before final production sign-off.
Public requests
When you submit an enquiry, consultation request or booking request, the platform records the contact and requirement information you provide so the relevant Atelier team can review and respond. Consultation and booking preferences remain requests until separately confirmed.
What not to send
Do not submit medical records, financial credentials, identity documents or other highly sensitive information through public forms.
Distinctive Creations Rentals event enquiries
Event enquiries may include the event type and date, venue or location, estimated guest count, selected service and the furniture or styling requirements you choose to share. The Atelier Group records this information so the Distinctive Creation team can assess the request, respond about availability and manage the enquiry through its internal administration system. An internal notification may be sent through the Group’s connected Google Workspace account. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm availability.
Internal access
Submitted requests are available only through protected administrative systems. Authentication and role enforcement remain server-authoritative.
Before production approval
The Atelier Group should confirm the legal entity acting as data controller, lawful bases, retention schedule, individual-rights process, cookie position and the final privacy contact before treating this page as approved legal advice.
